
Field Service Engineer

- Responsible in performing on-site installation, qualification, commissioning, repair and plan maintenance for Cytiva’s equipment.
- Providing quality services as per company’s service guidelines and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set forth in your respective team. And adhere to company health and safety guidelines.
- Working closely with service sales in preparing proposals/recommendations to customers.
- Timely and proper input of services performed in the company’s database (CRM)
- Collaboration and working closely with cross functional teams (commercial, logistics, product and leadership) to enhance customer experience
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience preferably in the Life Sciences or Biotech industry with a strong background in engineering. Automation experience/knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and with good problem-solving skills when faced with complex issues.
- Strong work ethics and able to maintain good rapport with customers and internal team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other ASEAN language is a plus.
- Able to travel extensively and on short notice across Singapore and ASEAN.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- 1-2 years in Life Sciences / Biotechnology Industry
