- Partner with Marketing and Microsoft sellers on small, targeted campaigns; report outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and campaign performance; support outreach planning and execution; apply modern sales-engagement best practices.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or Communications; internship experience in telesales, SDR, or customer outreach is an advantage.
- Clear spoken English and strong written communication; confident, professional phone presence.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple outreach activities; strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork in cross-cultural settings; growth mindset.
