- Proactively sell the JMP product portfolio through lead follow-up, social selling, prospecting, cold calling, up-selling, and cross-selling activities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic territory and account plans.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of quotations, qualify opportunities, and follow up to successfully close deals.
- Identify high-potential accounts, conduct thorough opportunity qualification, and accurately forecast sales cycles.
- Maintain a healthy and sufficient sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through prompt and effective response to inquiries.
- Prioritize sales engagements and activities to maximize revenue generation and territory performance.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to uncover new business opportunities and support existing customer retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the internal CRM system.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics ,Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in selling software, hardware, or IT solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, data warehousing, analytics platforms) to manufacturing industries such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chemical, or FMCG etc.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively via phone and email.
- Genuine passion for data, analytics, and solving customer problems.

- Full proficiency in English; additional fluency in Mandarin, Thai or Vietnamese is a plus but not required.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team comprised of a Pre-sales consultant, Account Manager
- Ability to quickly build trust and maintain long term relationship with existing accounts
- Ability to build rapport and trust through remote channels such as phone, email, and virtual communication platforms.

- Contributes to continuous improvement efforts by sharing best practices, supporting onboarding of new team members, and helping elevate overall team performance.
