💼 Contract: 4 months via a strategic management consulting engagementKey Responsibilities:Assess the existing Treasury structure and governanceEnhance cash and liquidity management processesReview funding management and operational efficiencyEvaluate Treasury technology platforms and toolsBenchmark against industry best practicesStrengthen risk management and compliance frameworksDevelop reporting structures and performance metricsRequirements:Minimum 10 years’ experience in Treasury, with exposure to consulting and/or senior in-house rolesExpertise in liquidity management, funding, and Treasury systemsPrior experience working with institutional clients (e.g., pension funds, asset managers, insurers)Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
