What the role is:This role sits within the Data & Technology Architecture Department, Cybersecurity Division.What you will be working on:The Cybersecurity Consultant is responsible for:Design and develop enterprise security architectures that align with business objectives and compliance requirementsProvide expert security consultancy to project teams and senior management on complex security challengesConduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments for new and existing systems, and provide remediation recommendationsCreate and maintain security design patterns, standards, and guidelinesLead security architecture governance processes and ensure compliance with security frameworksEnsure security best practices and compliance standards are implemented on IT systemEvaluate emerging security technologies and make recommendations for adoptionDevelop innovative approaches to address complex security challengesWhat we are looking for:Background in Engineering or Computer Science8 or more years of working experience in IT SecurityRelevant certifications in networking or cyber security, e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISCExperience with DevSecOps methodologies and processesExperience in security architecture of cloud native applicationsStrong experience in providing security advisory and consultancy on application and services, including the design, development, implementation and/or management of the systemUnderstanding of security integration in CI/CD pipelinesDeep understanding of security tools and technologies, such as Security Information and Events Management, Data Loss Prevention, Database Activity Monitoring, Data Security and Protection, Privileged Access Management, File Integrity Monitoring, Web Application Firewall, Intrusion Prevent etcAs part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.This is a 2-year contract.
