- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment
- Collaborate with APAC team members on special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes.
- Learning and applying best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Assist in onboarding processes as needed.
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in majors such as but not limited to: Business, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology.
- Strong interest in recruitment operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Comfortable using tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.
- Practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
- Learning from experienced HR professionals.
