We're looking for a high-performing Account Manager who's passionate about building long-term partnerships and delivering client-centric solutions. If you have a knack for strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and growing key accounts - this is your role.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow strategic client accounts in the public sector and enterprise space
  • Work with internal teams to deliver solutions that solve complex client challenges
  • Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  • Monitor industry trends and align strategies for long-term client success
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT services sales/account management
  • Strong connections or prior exposure to public sector clients is preferred
  • Background in strategic account planning, financial forecasting, and solution selling
  • Ideally within IT services, Systems Integrator and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
  • Experience growing accounts and exceeding client expectations
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; certifications like CAE or CSAM are a plus
