[What the role is] The Financing Ecosystem Division (FED) supports Enterprise Singapore’s mission to grow stronger enterprises by enabling access to financing and tax tools that support business growth locally and internationally. Data and IT systems are critical enablers of FED’s work.[What you will be working on]You will be part of the team responsible for:Designing and developing system and data infrastructure to support financing and tax toolsTranslating policy and operational requirements into effective systems design and collaborating with DDI on development and implementationOverseeing system maintenance and user support, including policy-driven enhancements, process improvements, and issue resolutionBuilding and managing the data architecture to enable analytics, dashboarding, and management reporting[What we are looking for]Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and experience in developing system architectures to support data mining, analytics, and reportingExtensive experience in system design and development, with a proven track record of translating policy/operational needs into system requirementsSkilled in diagnosing system issues and providing timely user supportDemonstrated ability to lead projects and work effectively in cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersResilient, with the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
