- Lead business development strategy across Asia for ultra-luxury residential, hospitality, and branded real estate projects
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value project opportunities from developers, hotel groups, UHNWIs, and private family offices
- Shape and execute regional growth strategies in collaboration with the global leadership team
- Represent the brand at industry events, forums, and private networking engagements with C-suite and high-net-worth audiences
- Oversee pitch strategy, proposal creation, and client presentations to ensure alignment with brand positioning
- Foster deep, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic direction
- Work closely with design teams to align business goals with creative capabilities, ensuring a seamless handover from acquisition to delivery
- Support marketing and PR initiatives to reinforce the firm's positioning in the ultra-luxury marketKey Requirements:
- 8-12 years of senior business development or strategic growth experience within luxury design, property development, or hospitality
- Established network of UHNWIs, developers, luxury brands, and real estate operators in Asia
- Proven track record of securing complex, high-value projects in competitive markets
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute regional growth plans
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust with high-profile clients
- Culturally astute, polished, and confident in navigating the luxury sector
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with global leadership and creative teams
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an Asian language is advantageous for regional engagement
