In this role, you will report to the Head of IT Solution Delivery (Digital & Innovation), APAC, and be responsible for leading end-to-end IT solution delivery. You will manage project execution, ensure effective stakeholder engagement, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes. As a subject matter expert, you will coordinate and oversee the implementation of IT solutions aligned with defined business needs and priorities.To excel in this role, you must demonstrate strong capabilities in project management, requirement analysis, solution design, resource planning, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
- Direct activities to ensure work adheres to business requirements, including processes, procedures, standards, acceptance criteria and change control processes as defined by CMA CGM IT.
- Design and deliver innovative costs effective application solutions to meet business requirements.
- Assess, source, and deliver right IT/digital solutions or integrate leading technologies into IT/digital solutions to enable and deliver business value.
- Design IT/Digital solutions with internal business and external tech partners/vendors
- Work as Project Manager for general IT/Digital projects following both waterfall and agile project management methodologies and standard practices, with preferences of commercial related functional knowledge and relevant project experiences
- Lead and perform secondary support of running digital platforms
- Lead and perform regular and AdHoc BI related operations and deliveries
- Assist project managers and Business Engagement/ Delivery Managers with IT commercial activities such as PR/PO and contracting processes and the consolidated reporting and analysis of such.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Solution Manager, ideally in a large organization with a track record of successful digital enablement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills to bridge IT teams and business stakeholders, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts (e.g., headless architecture, API-based projects) and build consensus.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are preferred.
- Proven experience managing third-party resources and offshore development teams for IT applications.
- Solid technical and functional understanding of BI, RPA, PowerApps, and e-commerce solutions, with experience managing an applications portfolio and landscape.
- Industry knowledge in shipping/logistics is a plus, particularly in payment workflows, documentation processes, and paperless transformation initiatives.
