- Project Management: Support the planning and execution of PFS operating plan and global projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Relationship Management: Liaise primarily with internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to support regional objectives.
- Communication: Draft communications, prepare presentations and facilitate effective internal and external communication on behalf of the Regional VP.
- Transformation & Innovation: Help the company continuously seek improvements and implement new and innovative communication channels, processes and services, with a focus on customer experience.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global VP, including coordinating meetings, collecting inputs and preparing reports.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making and regional initiatives.
- Recent graduate in Engineering, Business, or a related field (graduation completed within the last 12 months);
- Strong data analytics skills (including PowerBi skills);
- Strong content creation skills (including PowerPoint skills)
- Fluent in English;
- Motivated and eager to learn;
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Prior experience working within the Air Transport Industry will be positively valued.
