What the role is:Executive (Corporate & Academic Matters) (Contract] till Jun 2026)What you will be working on:1) Graduation Ceremony 2026 a. Administrative preparations e.g. graduation microsite, invites and follow up to VIP/corporate guests b. Coordination with vendors and logistic workers c. Review of improvement areas and implementation d. Procurement, including coordination on calling of tender/ Request of Quotations, review for extension of procurement contracts e.g. graduation attire, refreshment, photography, logistic setups 2) Secretariat support for a. Major meetings (e.g. Board of Governors, Polytechnic Principals b.
