As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day operations and participate in HR projects that contribute to the overall initiatives of the team.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Assist with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.Take part in the recruitment and selection process, including posting of job advertisements, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support.Supporting the HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding activities.Research, plan and coordinate staff activities/welfare programsProvide ad-hoc support to HR projects as assignedWho are we looking for:Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information.Willingness to learn and take initiative in tasksAble to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 monthsApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
