The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the smooth running of accounts and campaigns in the group, whilst managing and coaching the junior direct reportsJob Description:Associate Media Manager plays a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel media strategies for clients. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and strong communication skills to deliver high-performing campaigns and drive client success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated media strategies across digital (including SEM), social, print, OOH, TV, and other relevant channelsLead the media planning process, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and KPIsOversee media buying and campaign execution, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryAnalyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and post-campaign reportsManage day-to-day client communications, acting as a strategic partner and advisorCollaborate closely with creative, analytics, and account teams to deliver seamless campaign executionStay up to date with media trends, platforms, and tools to bring innovation to client workMentor and supervise junior media team members (planners/buyers), ensuring high quality and consistency in outputHandle vendor negotiations and maintain strong media partner relationshipsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field3 to 5 years of media planning and buying experience, ideally in an agency environmentProficient in media planning and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Nielsen, comScore, Prisma, Tiktok business manager)Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channelsExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrategic thinker with attention to detail and a passion for delivering resultsStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsPreferredGoogle data suiteStrong excel and powerpoint skillsWilling to learn new thingsLocation: SingaporeBrand: Dentsu XTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Permanent
