Staff Registered Nurse (Nursing Home)

• Play a vital role in offering patient care at the medical facility.

• Proactive to provide care, perform first aid, and arrange for ambulance when emergency arises.
• Assess and monitor health and nutritional status of residents.
• Conduct physical examination and other minor procedures.
• Ensure specimens are collected appropriately and dispatched on time.
• Initiate interventions and evaluate the management of the residencts promptly to minimize unnecessary hospital admissions.
• Administer prescribed medications and observe if any adverse side effects.
• Record informative, accurate and concise statements on the nursing care rendered to residents compliance to required standards.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with valid AED/BCLS
• Registered nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board, with a valid Practising Certificate
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Patient and empathy, especially when serving elderly residents.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to work for rotating shifts and weekends.
