Nurse Manager (Nursing Home)

• Oversee the day-to-day operations in a nursing home.
• Lead and manage clinical staff to deliver quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement projects to improve care standards.
• Plan and be responsible to manpower budget.
• Conduct research and propose improvement ideas, project proposals for management review.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with valid AED/BCLS
• Registered nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board, with a valid Practising Certificate
• At least 5 years of clinical management experience.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Strong project management skills, budget experience, and ability to work independently and in team-based environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
