Join us as a Recruitment Consultant/Consulting Manager and be a part of our growing team!Cultivar Staffing & Search is a boutique specialist recruitment firm specializing in various business verticals such as Accounting, Finance, Technology, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Services for mid-to-senior positions.Responsibilities:

Handles end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, meeting coordination, interviews, and manage placement activities.
Drive business development outcomes by performing lead generation, cold outreach, negotiation, and closing.
Manages client accounts including periodic visit
Ensure fulfillment of individual revenue targets and promotion criteria
Provide post-placement follow up with candidates

Requirements:

Min tertiary education in any discipline
Strong work ethics and passion to serve
Fun-loving and high energy personality
Singaporeans preferred
