What the role is:You oversee and supervise the implementation of the professional training roadmap for our full-time national servicemen (NSFs) across all vocations as well as ensure the NSFs are promoted timely.What you will be working on:- Work with multiple stakeholders for all issues regarding NSFs route of advancement courses - Collaborate with Training Institutes and units to ensure our NSFs are trained in accordance to their vocation and course subscription are optimised - Verify and process submissions for junior ranks promotion for NSFs in accordance to promotion guidelines - Organise Skillsfuture@NS fairs and workshops and collaborate with units to maximise turnout for the fairs - Lead a team of three staff and guide their work Challenge(s) - Managing voluminous workload and ensuring timely and accurate submission - Recommending process changes aligned to HR transformation and ensuring business continuityWhat we are looking for:- Education in Human Resource (HR), preferably with IHRP-CP and above certifications - At least 8 years of HR experience - Good stakeholder and process management skills - Meticulous attention to detail Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
