An opportunity to play a key role within a growing institutional team. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and accounts across APAC, supporting sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage institutional client relationships (brokers, banks, hedge funds), from onboarding to ongoing account servicing.Research and identify new opportunities within assigned regions, using market knowledge and networks to build potential leads.Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions across trading products and services (e.g., FX, CFDs etc)Negotiate commercial agreements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory requirements to maintain strong market positioning.Provide timely reports on account activity, pipeline development, and business performance to management.Support continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing client experience.Skills & ExperienceProven background in institutional relationship management, business development, or operations within financial markets.Knowledge of FX, CFDs, and derivatives; equities experience a plus.Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to work across senior stakeholders.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Collaborative team player with a professional and adaptable approach.Company Reg No.: 201131609D | License No.: 24S2411 | Reg No: R21102223 | Goh Choon Mui
