Description :The Account Operations Executive will provide support to the Key Account Manager and will provide support for handling the Company’s Key accounts in their operational needs. The incumbent will manage and ensure that the company fulfills its service and performance standards as per agreed service level agreements. He or she will provide effective solutions and related operational needs and ensure effective customer relationship management.
The candidate will provide support to the Key Account Manager and be responsible for handling the operational needs for the Company’s Key account
Ensure that the company fulfills its service and performance standards as per agreed service level agreements
Manage key account's expectations and work with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent quality customer experience.
Be the point of contact for the Key Account on any matters.
Partner with the customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions to the key accounts to ensure service excellence
Participate in Customer Relationship Management activities and initiatives to improve business relationships.
To resolve disputes and service issues effectively and amicably.
Collaborate across departments and work in partnership with Commercial and Operations teams to deliver logistics solutions and achieve service and operational excellence.
Requirements
Possess 3 to 4 years of experience in a freight forwarding and Contract Logistics.
