- Assist in maintaining a well-organized filing system for all business development-related documents, including proposals, contracts, agreements, and presentations.
- Track and update records of business development activities such as leads, meetings, follow-ups, and deals.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the Business Development team.
- Help prepare and manage documents like meeting notes, action plans, and project summaries.
- Organize and archive client proposals, RFP responses, and reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of materials to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the CRM system with client and lead information.
- Generate periodic reports from the CRM system for tracking performance and activity metrics.
- Support the Business Development team by gathering information for proposals, presentations, and other materials.
- Assist in logistics and material preparation for pitches, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to business development initiatives as needed.
- Conduct research on industry trends and contribute ideas to improve internal processes.
- Gain firsthand experience in supporting business development operations in a digital agency.
- Develop organizational and documentation management skills.
- Learn the fundamentals of CRM systems and their role in client and lead management.
- Understand the processes involved in proposals, pitches, and business development strategies.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
