- From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026)Responsibilities
- Responsible for improving TikTok search user experience through evaluation and research plans for different product functions, content, and algorithm strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams on the product's future iteration based on the evaluation results, data analysis, market research and user research.
- Collaborate with the international operations team to facilitate the implementation of the research and evaluation plans, especially ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the deliverables.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Have profound knowledge of search products and search engines, and understand basic research and evaluation methodologies.
- Possess strong logical thinking, deep user empathy and acumen in data analysis.
- Capability of independently developing project plans, overseeing the execution of the team, and performing risk management to minimize project risks. Ensure resource availability and allocation to deliver every project on time within scope.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills and solid organizational skills, including attention to details and multi-tasking skills.Preferred Qualification
