- Drive product design and optimization for Shopee Homepage or Search, focusing on product framework, feature design, and user journey improvements to increase traffic efficiency and conversion rates.
- Gain deep insights into user behaviour by analysing feedback and data, continuously identifying needs and designing solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, UI designers, product operations, and local ops/marketing/BD) to ensure smooth execution and validate effectiveness through data-driven analysis.
- Prioritize resources effectively, align with external team requirements, and deliver timely solutions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, extract key insights, and explore applications to strengthen Shopee's product offering.
- Full-time university student; knowledge of e-commerce or tech products, and prior related internships preferred.
- Background in online advertising/digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, communication, responsibility, and resilience.
- Proactive learner, passionate about product strategy, and eager to pursue a career in product management.
- Able to commit at least 4 days/week for 3 months or more.
