- Identify leads and maintain a pipeline of doctors for recruitment.
- Leverage on data and business analytics to drive insights, identify business opportunities and track progress of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor the changes in disease trends and relevant medical technology advancements.
- Maintain and develop stakeholder relationships with doctors and industry partners.
- Conceptualize, plan, execute and track strategic specialty marketing initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders and doctors for the creation of marketing materials, product placement in local and foreign channels in physical or digital form, and where necessary, training of local and foreign sales team on product knowledge and sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or Marketing
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Product Management in Medical Device or Pharma
- Nursing/medical background is preferred but not mandatory
- High level of business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Recruitment of new doctors to fill specialty gaps and hospital needs
- Analysis and reporting of key performance indicators of assigned medical specialties
- Providing insights on medical trends and industry developments
- Planning and execution of procedural marketing for assigned medical specialties
- Account management with business stakeholders, doctors and industry partners
