It’s “creators over 40”.People aged 40 and over are not just the fastest growing group of social media users or the ones with the most disposable income, they are also more likely to use one channel for a long time. In an internal survey with more than 10,000 customers, more than half only use one social media channel.Despite the growth in this user demographic, there are fewer creators over 40 compared to other age groups. This creates a giant untapped opportunity for brands serving women over 40 to identify, invest in, and spotlight talented creators who can pick up the camera and create engaging content.We are looking for an experienced influencer marketing manager who possesses a deep and wide understanding of the subject. Someone who is familiar with the different types of influencer marketing approach, with strategic thinking skills and relevant experience to:
  • Grow our content creator marketing partnerships through targeted selection, outreach, relationship building, and long-term value alignment
  • Craft, develop and operationalize an influencer marketing strategy, with a clear path to direct and indirect value creation
  • Review and iterate on partnership briefs and guidelines to improve results
  • Measure partnership performance and identify areas for improvement and growth
As part of this role, you will work with our Content Strategist, Copywriters, Media Buyers who will commission the content and Designers as well Video Editors who will repurpose the content into performance assets.If this speaks to you, you may be the candidate we’re looking for.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPart 1: Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies
  • Develop strategies that are aligned with the brand's marketing and business objectives.
  • Understand the brand's positioning, target audience, and competitive landscape to craft a strategy that drives meaningful both direct and indirect impact.
  • Define clear and measurable goals and objectives for influencer marketing initiatives, considering both short-term and long-term outcomes.
  • Develop detailed campaign plans, including timelines, deliverables, and budget allocation.
  • Coordinate all aspects of campaign execution, from content creation to distribution and performance tracking, to ensure smooth implementation and maximum impact.
Part 2: Grow content creator marketing partnerships
  • Identify relevant creators who meet our criteria.
  • Reach out, brief, onboard and coordinate campaigns.
  • Coordinate licensing and whitelisting negotiations and agreements for paid campaigns.
  • Coordinate and track the shipping of samples to creators
Part 3: Work with creators and creative team to produce commissioned content
  • Plan the creation of commissioned content for various projects. This includes recommending creator profiles to meet internal content briefs, setting content production timelines, working with creators to meet content production timelines, and anticipating and addressing challenges to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Review creators’ deliverables to ensure that submissions meet quality standards or work with creators to improve deliverables.
  • Submit the creators’ deliverables and the scriptwriter’s brief to video editors and/or designers for post-production
  • Screen final deliverables (e.g. disclaimers, typos, subtitles pacing and safezones, meeting briefs)
  • Organize and update content creator media archive.
Part 4: Measure effectiveness and efficiency of existing partnerships
  • Track and review creator end-to-end performance, including outreach, response, coordination, meeting briefs, openness to feedback, variety and uniqueness of content, and performance
  • Review creator performance and make continual improvements to our selection criteria and process
Part 5: Perform administrative tasks to support content creator marketing engagements
  • Review and update content creator agreements periodically
  • Process invoices and submit payment requests to finance department
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience working directly with influencers and content creators to produce content for social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns (experience working with health & beauty brands is a bonus)
  • Experience with influencer and creator sourcing and management platforms and tools is valuable but not required
  • Good project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great people skills
  • Pays close attention to detail and sets up processes to enforce high standards.
Work arrangements
  • If the candidate is based in Singapore, we have a fixed working schedule from 10am to 7pm SGT, from Mon - Fri. Employees are required to work in the office from Tue to Fri.
  • For remote candidates, 2 hours of working hour overlap are required.
  • Only open to candidates living in GMT to GMT+8 time zones. This starts from Western Europe and ends in Southeast Asia.
  • Once-a-week team meetings with shorter check-in calls throughout the week when necessary
