What the role is:The jobholder will support the management in reviewing and improving operational frameworks and processes to meet policy and service goals.What you will be working on:
  • Review processes and identify opportunities from end-to-end perspectives, with view to achieve business and organisational transformation to meet MOM's and national's goals • Identify and assess pertinent external developments, service delivery, compliance or performance trends across various areas of work • Recommend enhancements/potential use-cases, considering their relevancy, benefits, trade-offs and implications, for excellence and customer centricity • Ideate, design and implement data analytics, AI and digital solutions, benchmarked to best-in-class in Singapore and globally, to improve customer experience and operational efficiency • Support management to ensure effective change management across business units
What we are looking for:
  • Tertiary qualification in any fields. Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Resourceful and able to work independently • Able to adapt to an agile and fast paced environment • Candidates with data and AI skills/experience have an advantage. *PwDs are welcome to apply
