[What the role is] [LTA-HR] MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (TALENT ACQUISITION)[What you will be working on]We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who’s not just familiar with recruitment, but also excited about making processes better, smarter, and more future-ready. If you are someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, exploring new solutions and technology, and making a real impact on how an organisation hires and onboards talents – we would love to meet you.Responsibilities include (but not limited to):Lead end-to-end recruitment for key functions in LTA organisation – from engaging hiring managers to bringing great candidates on board.Oversee and guide the recruitment efforts of your team members, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed across the board.Drive improvements in LTA recruitment processes and lead Workday initiatives, including guiding the team through changes to embed new practices that make hiring more agile, efficient, and impactful.Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient, and positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers – with a focus on elevating the overall customer and user experience. This includes leveraging data and analytics to identify trends and continuously refine our hiring strategies for better outcomes.[What we are looking for]At least 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with a solid track record in talent acquisition.At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruitment Module – you know the system inside out and can navigate it confidently.A natural leader who enjoys coaching and guiding a team.Someone who’s passionate about process improvements and always on the lookout for new technologies and solutions to make recruitment smarter and smoother.Not afraid to speak up, offer fresh ideas, and push through challenges to get things done.Strong project management skills, especially with system projects.Great communication and stakeholder management skills – you can influence and bring people along even when changes feel challenging.Resilience and drive – we want someone who don’t just settle for “good enough”.We are also open to individuals with strong IT or Workday systems background (even without direct HR experience) if you have the passion and drive to shape the future of talent acquisition.
