JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for the maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants, Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) and other field worksImplement and monitor service and maintenance programmeSupport analysis and optimisation of plant maintenanceSupervise and implement all maintenance processes including externally sourced contractorsSupport maintenance contract managementConduct routine inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problemsAssist Engineer in calibrations and control troubleshooting as requiredAssign and release work orders to the concerned maintenance specialists and contractorsClose work orders / service requests after completion of workEnsure work method of maintenance activities comply with established standards and proceduresAssist Engineer to analyse and implement facility enhancement and improvement worksEnsure all maintenance records are properly documented for tracking and audit purposesOversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessaryAdminister Permit To Work systemUphold a safe operating environment and carry out all maintenance activities in compliance with company's policies & procedures and government legislation. Understand safety requirements for Machine Guarding, LOTO, Permit to Work, Work at Height, Hot work, hazardous area classification and etc.Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor from time to time.JOB REQUIREMENTSDiploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Control & Instrumentation / Air-conditioning Engineering. Higher NITEC holders with relevant DHCS experience will also be considered favorablyKeen interest to develop a career in the DHCS businessGood understanding of the technical features of ACMV and District Cooling SystemPractical experience in Energy Management System and is conversant in local / remote control and monitoring system as well as in instrumentationWorking knowledge of facilities, machines and equipmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood awareness of Health, Safety and Environment and a strong safety mindsetWilling to perform shift duty (12-hour rotating shift) at various sitesBUSINESS SEGMENTInfrastructurePLATFORMOperating Division
