Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.Job Description:
- Reports directly to the Senior / Production Maintenance Engineer.- Perform the purification process of hydrogen peroxide and its related activities.- Perform the mixing of ammonium hydroxide process and its related activities.- Perform the process facilities operation and its related activities.- Conduct process maintenance operations and its related activities.- Arranged manpower and work utilization, lead staff during maintenance operation on related equipment and instruments.- Ensure that all related operation, processes, equipment, instruments, and facilities are performing within stipulated standard and in line with acceptable quality and safety levels.- Conducts arrangement for preventive maintenance, calibration, and other related activities for the above-mentioned operations.- Ensure that all related equipment / instruments are within prescribes inventory threshold.- Carry out review of the process for continual improvement and able to conduct statistical process control parameters.Job Requirements:
- Degree or its equivalent preferably with at least 2 year working experience in process maintenance manufacturing setting- Good spoken and written skills in English- Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Knowledge on Auto-CAD is preferredCompensation:
