- Provide in-depth product knowledge and personalised recommendations to customers.
- Deliver exceptional sales and after-sales service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is always well-presented.
- Develop and manage a client database, fostering long-term customer loyalty.
- Oversee stock control and ensure proper upkeep of boutique inventory.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks, including updating stock and footfall reports.
- Handle payment transactions accurately, including cash and credit card processing.
- Record after-sales activities and ensure timely updates in the system.
- Comply with all retail operational procedures and company policies.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
- At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably within the luxury segment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and result-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
- A cooperative team player with a positive attitude.
