
Business Development (Seller Communication & Content ) Intern - Seller Journey Management (Fall 2025)

- Assist in creating and adapting content across key seller touchpoints
- Identify and package useful seller resources for different communication & engagement channels such as Socials (Community), in-app (push-notifications, Seller Centre), out-of-app (eDMs, webinars), etc.
- Support the team in curating creative briefs and basic copywriting
- Support the team in monitoring, tracking and reporting of communication channels performance
- Assist on ad-hoc projects and evergreen campaigns that include seller community management, acquisition initiatives and seller events
- Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field
- Excellent in communication with a clear and concise communication style
- Proficiency in digital marketing preferred
- Detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated strong stakeholder management ability
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
