We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Supply Chain Operations Analyst (Continuous Improvement) to join our Supply Chain Strategy & Intelligence team to help shape the future of living-one thoughtful detail at a time.Operations at Castlery makes it all work - streamlining processes and elevating every customer touchpoint.What you'll be doing

Consolidate and Standardize Native Warehouse and Transportation Processes into structured SOPs.
Design & Run Operations Audit Programmes to ensure high adherence to SOPs.
Structure & Deploy Corrective and Preventive Action Programmes to ensure quality delivery of our Ground Operations.
Work with Technology teams to identify, prioritize and roll out TMS Product, identify features and prioritize Roll Outs.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis on Operations Problems and identify new areas for Operations Excellence.

What you'll need

Have previous 3PL Operations Working Knowledge would be advantageous.
Have been a Super User of WMS or TMS previously at an enterprise level.
Have been involved or previously ran Quality Programmes before such as 5S, Gemba Walks, SOP Adherence Audits etc.
Strong Excel Skills.
