Create a harmonized system using dashboard and tools for simplifying the IT Demand management KPI tracking process.

Work with the zone Business Relationship management (BRM) team within the Operations and Finance IT team to collect and study the as- is process.

Understand the key priorities for metric tracking.

Propose and design a new way of automated tracking that help save significant time and achieves significant productivity gains for the IT team.

Key Requirement:

Proficiency with tools like Power BI or Tableau to do data visualization

Strong data analytical skills to interpret data and identify key trends and insights

Effective communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder management.
