As a Manager, Office Experience & Engagement, you will be the key driver behind building a productive, well-run, and engaging remote workplace experience for our Klookers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can independently manage local office operations, lead engagement initiatives, and optimize the workplace to support business needs.
- Oversee end-to-end office operations for assigned regions, including vendor management, facility upkeep, and procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Plan and manage workplace needs, including office space planning, lease term review, and rental negotiations in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams
- Oversee regional budgeting, payment processing, and inventory control to ensure cost efficiency and operational excellence
- Implement and continuously improve office policies and SOPs, ensuring compliance, consistency, and scalability
- Drive employee engagement and wellness programs tailored to local teams, including organizing events and cultural initiatives that reinforce Klook values
- Provide operational oversight for onboarding and offboarding processes, working closely with HR and IT teams to ensure a seamless experience
- Support employee business travel arrangements and ensure alignment with company travel policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, or vendor optimization, and lead initiatives to implement them
- Contribute to regional or global People & Culture projects, bringing local insights to shape broader strategies
- Minimum 6 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, employee engagement or a related function
- Experience in office operations and employee engagement planning
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with budget oversight and procurement processes
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams across different regions
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and drive results without constant supervision
- Strategic thinker with a passion for building better workplace experiences and scalable operational practices
