It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionMortgage Relations Officer - MRUThe successful candidate will be part of the PFS Loans Division and your key responsibilities are as follows:

Review and evaluate customers’ Housing loans accounts

Prepare and input customers’ Housing loan conversion for Credit Approval

Prepare and check customer conversion letter of offers

Follow-up on conversion post-approval and customers’ letter of offer reworks

Conduct customers loan redemption interviews

Outbound tele-calling existing customers for repricing

Support ad-hoc assignment & administration works

Requirements:

Minimum with 2 or 3 years relevant working experience
Good knowledge in Consumer Banking Products, particularly Mortgage Loans Financing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and negotiate with people at all level
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Data Analysis
A team player with dedication to provide premium services, quality performance and speed on execution.
Self driven and resourceful with an ability to work independently
