
Guest Relations Officer

- Responsible for drafting and implementing procedures for meeting room management. Oversee meeting room bookings and maintain office calendars and workplace etiquette is followed
- Provide first class visitor experience to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment
- Manage visitor registration, issue badges and access cards / QR, and coordinate with building security
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Assist with company events such as birthday celebrations, team building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Support internal office communications by assisting with announcements, newsletters, and updates
- Any other ad hoc administrative task as assigned
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- · Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or in a similar front desk role
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- · Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
