Job Description:Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Leader to drive membership growth, enhance client engagement, and create opportunities through strategic events, partnerships, and space utilisation.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement membership growth strategies to recruit new members and re-engage past members.
Review and enhance membership packages to ensure value and attractiveness.
Drive revenue generation through:
Co-working space rentals
Event participation and sponsorships
Collaborations with NTU Alumni Associations
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events and clubhouse facilities, both pre- and post-event.
Manage community engagement through social media platforms and newsletters.
Conceptualize and deliver impactful events that strengthen member relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record.
Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
Experience working with NTU alumni or corporate networks is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in social media marketing.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
