- Develop and implement membership growth strategies to recruit new members and re-engage past members.
- Review and enhance membership packages to ensure value and attractiveness.
- Drive revenue generation through:
- Co-working space rentals
- Event participation and sponsorships
- Collaborations with NTU Alumni Associations
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events and clubhouse facilities, both pre- and post-event.
- Manage community engagement through social media platforms and newsletters.
- Conceptualize and deliver impactful events that strengthen member relationships.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record.
- Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
- Experience working with NTU alumni or corporate networks is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in social media marketing.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
