- Generate new leads and acquire new customers generated by market management
- Building and maintain relationships with fronting insurers, brokers and banks
- Meet monthly and annual sales target
- Bachelor degree holder or equivalent
- Min 5 years of experience in B-to-B sales, consultative selling
- Knowledge of banking/financial product
- Ability to build and maintain relationship (ie. outgoing personality, comfortable with client facing role, excellent presentation and negotiation skill with c-suite)
- Willing to travel up to 50% within Vietnam at short notice
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Vietnamese Language
- Meeting local insurance regulatory requirement such as being Vietnamese citizens with Permanent residency in Vietnam and holding corresponding insurance agency certificates.
