- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess existing operations.
- Develop detailed financial models and perform valuation, risk analysis, and return scenarios for investment proposals.
- Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, working with internal teams and external consultants.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals to Senior Management.
- Monitor performance of portfolio business units to identify synergies and value-creation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MESA countries on investment projects and strategic studies.
- Support execution of business development plans and other strategic initiatives.
- 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Business Development, or Portfolio Management, ideally with exposure to infrastructure-related projects in the ports/logistics sector.
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience evaluating major investments.
- Background in a Big 4 consulting firm will be preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Resilient, hands-on, and adaptable to dynamic environments-especially in start-up-like settings with evolving processes.
- High energy, proactive, and results-oriented team player with strong business acumen and international mindset.
- Willingness to travel to the various locations in Asia
