- Bachelor's degree from an established university in human resources, business management or a relevant professional human resources or organisation development qualifications.
- A postgraduate degree will be advantageous. IHRP Certification Preferred.
- At least 15 years or equivalent of experience in industrial relations, staff benefits and welfare at tertiary level, of which at least five years and above or equivalent should be in a managerial role, preferably with a tertiary academic institution or an established organisation or public sector agencies.
- Sound knowledge of job grading, job evaluation and job analysis, compensation as well as local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in planning, organising and coordinating HR projects including HRM systems.
- Meticulous and good with figures, and experience in rewards and payroll an added advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills, with the ability to manage and interact at all levels and work effectively at both strategic and operational level.
- Good initiative, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in handling confidential matters.
- Agile and comfortable with digitalisation and working with systems.
