- Partner with academic leaders, function heads and line managers to provide advisory on all HR-related matters.
- Oversee staff appointment and re-appointment on academic scheme.
- Manage staff programmes, processes and initiatives of the College such as promotion and tenure, mid-term advisory report, academic awards, consultation work policy and etc.
- Facilitate annual performance and compensation reviews for Academic staff
- Analyse HR trends and metrics.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address disciplinary matters.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
- Preferably with at least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or equivalent role, ideally in higher education sector.
- Bachelor degree or above, in human resources or related field are preferred.
- Demonstrable business and HR acumen, and ability to drive HR solutions
- Demonstrable consulting skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Strong influencing and collaborating skills, with demonstrable ability to work across various HR teams and with staff at all levels
- Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
- Meticulous and demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Good knowledge of labour legislations and HR best practices
