Apex Group is seeking a Real Estate Fund Senior Associate to support our growing operations in Singapore.As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing NAV calculations, financial statements, and other accounting deliverables for real estate funds. This role requires expertise in real estate and fund accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to meet client needs effectively.Your responsibilities include:
  • Review the monthly/quarterly NAV reporting pack, including cash and position reconciliation
  • Monitor timely accrual of fees, expenses, and provisions
  • Maintain intercompany loan and interest calculations, reconciling monthly
  • Oversee client purchase orders, payments, and receipts
  • Handle property accounting, including full sets to NOI and entity accounting
  • Review capital activity, such as capital calls and distributions.
For this Real Estate Fund Senior Associate role, you must have a Bachelor's or master’s Degree in accounting with a professional designation such as CPA, CA, or ACCA. You will also require:
  • 3-4 years of experience in private equity or real estate fund and property accounting
  • Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is highly desirable
