We are a hub of knowledge and innovation, attracting healthcare professionals who are passionate about pushing boundaries and making significant contributions to the field.About Department and Purpose of the PositionThe Senior Executive Asst / Associate Executive will be responsible to provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Department and the Department's operation team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities and Duties
To work with Head of Department and Ops Manager(s) to:
  • Provide administrative support to Head of Department
  • Provide support to the Operations team in handling purchase and work requisition processes from hiring, procurement, payment / billing and coordination of meetings
  • Point of contact for e-mailing grouping in hospital systems, fixed asset repository, IT asset repository, Sharepoint and User Access Review (UAM)
  • Point of contact in maintaining timely staff record maintenance and Ops Cell support for Mass Casualty Incident (MCI)
  • Coordinate and provide facilities support and maintenance (for example, facsimile machines and copiers, stationeries, etc.)
  • Prepare new staff arrival - orientation file, laptop, phone lines, card access, IT access etc.
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor / Head of Department
Key Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Have prior experience in clerical and administrative duties (preferably in healthcare) will be preferred
  • Good organisation skills and team player
  • Good communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient and competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Positive, motivated and able to perform under pressure
  • Has initiative and able to work independently
