
Talent Acquisition Specialist (1-Year Contract)

- Work as a member of the Talent Acquisition team to fulfil the recruitment needs of Singapore Production Site within the set timelines.
- Actively recruit talents and build talent pipelines via various job portals, campus recruitment activities, social media platforms and networking events.
- Responsible for full recruitment lifecycle; sourcing of resumes, conducting HR screening interviews, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, managing offers and on-boarding processes.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the corporate recruiting team, HR SSC function and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, results, and credibility.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.
- At least 2 years' experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably in Biotech/Pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill to interact well with all levels of stakeholders and candidates.
- Responsible and result-orientated individual that is able to work independently.
- Good team player with pro-active attitude and customer-oriented mind-set.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as this role involves communication with colleagues in our Nanjing office.
