Principal Consultant/ Executive Manager, Pre-Sales Consultant

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, enterprises, and customers to understand their business needs and technological pain points.
- Support value creation teams to identify and qualify opportunities for technology solutioning across Accreditation and Spark portfolios.
- Participate in meetings and presentations with buyers (including IT decision makers and CXOs) to understand business requirements and articulate suitable technology solutions.
- Conduct innovation workshops, product demos and technical workshops to showcase solution capabilities and value.
- Assist in the translation of client requirements into solution proposals, encompassing commercial and technical components.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to develop and tailor proposals and presentations (e.g. high-level architectures for large scale projects).
- Identify and assess top tier digital solutions from global and local technology leaders, ensuring they meet enterprise and gov needs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical sales or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of modern technology stack and experience in solution consulting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical details to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in system architecture design, cloud computing, microservices, and enterprise-level software development.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, networking, and security protocols.
- Self-motivated individual with high degree of personal initiative, flexibility and positive attitude to adapt to dynamic scope of activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders (tech and non-tech) to effectively interact with key stakeholders (e.g. CXOs) to be able to influence decisions and engage in strategic discussion
- Analytical skill to evaluate project risk, constrains and propose innovation solution
- Plugged into the ICT tech, start-up and/or R&D ecosystem in Singapore with strong knowledge of security standards and system scalability
- Commercially-savvy with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
