- Part of the CapitaLand Infra Operation team to provide support for all activities related to Network infrastructure and cloud platform.
- Work with CapitaLand project teams, vendors, and management to ensure a smooth and secured running of DC infrastructure and Cloud network services.
- Responsible for driving preventative maintenance and root cause identification
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of design, deployment, operation and management of network infrastructure, virtualization platform and cloud infrastructure.
- Constantly evaluate new network or cloud infra solutions that could create improvement around the Region.
- Collaborate within the team to improve the operational automation for infrastructure operation works.
- Engage uses and stakeholders to proactively fulfil their business needs.
- Manage budget and other administrative functions
- Governing the services provided by suppliers to ensure contract obligation are delivered and SLA are met.
- Review and approve of changes affecting CapitaLand infrastructure through ITSM process.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience working in the equivalent operational, leadership and managing outsourced vendor experience.
- Certification/experience with Cisco networking, VMware virtualization and Azure Cloud Platform will be preferred
- Experience in networking solution architecture, operation, and administration.
- Good understanding of Active Directory Services, TCP/IP, Radius, TACACS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, DWDM, LDAP, DNS, SDWAN
- Experience in following technology will be preferred : Azure Firewall, NSG, VMware NSX-T.
- Excellent knowledge of leading network and network security technologies, e.g. Cisco Systems, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint and VMware SDWAN, Zscaler are required.
- Possess hands-on experience and good technical skills with proven track records in IT infrastructure and/or emerging IT technologies engineering in the following area : LAN/WAN, Wireless, multi-data centres networking, firewall, IPS, VPN, VOIP and Cloud network technology.
- Strong working knowledge and ability to apply architecture concepts, frameworks and methodologies to projects
- Possess strong vendor management experience.
- A team-oriented self-starter, resourceful with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
