- Manage the entire lifecycle of HRIS or corporate systems, from solution evaluation, business justification & approval, planning, development, testing to deployment, support & maintenance, and retirement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage the IT application budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all projects and operations.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Ensure that all applications meet regulatory compliance and security standards, implementing necessary controls and audits.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HRIS or corporate systems and provide good technical and functional support of the business applications, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee the integration of HRIS with payroll systems to streamline processes and ensure accurate and seamless integration.
- Work closely with payroll teams to synchronize data and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in managing, designing, and/or implementing HRIS or corporate systems.
- Proven experience as an IT Application Manager, with a focus on HRIS and HR payroll integration.
- In-dept knowledge of HR and payroll processes and workflows.
- Good understanding of software architecture principles to make informed decisions about application design and scalability.
- An energetic team player with a positive outlook and ability to handle ambiguity with the passion to get things done.
- Good communications skills with the ability to relate to stakeholders at different levels and strong vendor management skills (both verbal and non-verbal).
- Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies, priorities, and business requirements.
- Willingness to explore innovative solutions and technologies to enhance user experience.
