A key responsibility in developing our business is the ability to identify and acquire new sources of Accommodation supply and product offerings in Hong Kong while maintaining existing relationships.Responsibilities:Define strategic plans to develop the market and approach the targeted potential clientsPitch, secure and build new hotel partnerships to expand our portfolio and market footprint.Conduct negotiations with potential hotel partners to secure competitive pricing & favorable terms and agreements. Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy traveler needsEffectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Traveloka to hotel owners and management by delivering compelling presentations to showcase the advantages of our services.Manage hotel accounts - own, develop and manage assigned accounts and ensure develops mutually beneficial accommodation property relationships to grow market share.Monitor partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.Understand the industry and its developments – very good knowledge of pros and cons of competitor models, market trends & landscape, accommodation rate structure and yield management, connectivity options, and customer booking trends.Enhance strong partner relationships with existing clients to ensure client’s continuity and improvement. Conduct regular visits and reviews with clients to ensure that our partner’s goals and expectations are being met. When necessary, renegotiate existing accounts.Ensure that partner hotels’ products (content, rates and availability) are consistently optimized on Traveloka to maximize customer conversionRequirementsAt least a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration/ Business/Communications/Social Science from top local or overseas universities5+ years of experience in hotel reservation / commercial, account management, OTA, consultative sales, or related field is a plusStrong negotiation skills and experience in influencing at scaleAble to work individually with minor guidance, fast learner, result-oriented personCommercial mindset and Demonstrate analytical skills with market trends, partner performance, and competitor analysis to address business and partner needs.Work autonomously and collaboratively with a diverse teamPossess a strong appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environment, and data driven decision-makingAnalytical and proven track record in using data to drive strategy and make decisionsWilling to travel if requiredFluent in writing and speaking of English and Cantonese.
