- Prospect new (ultra) high net worth individuals and secure new relationship to generate new Asset Under Management and Gross Revenue
- Provide financial and investment advice to clients after assessing their requirement
- Handle day-to-day client request and refer any non-private banking related needs to other part of the franchise
- Gather market insights, research, and product intelligence in order to best serve the interests of clients
- Supervise the execution of client's transactions and ensure minimal errors
- Ensure that all transactions comply with applicable regulatory framework/guidelines and the group's policies and procedures are properly adhered to
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the culture and values of the bank during interaction with clients and in public behaviour
- Conduct business with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Relationship management experience in Private Banking
- Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving
- Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis
- Strong customer service focus
- Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
